Submissions to VASH Magazine and BLOG

VASH magazine is an ongoing project to give a platform for artists. VASH invites creatives to submit for features both for print publication and/or online, such as blogs or social media content.

By submitting your work, you agree to the following privacy policy/terms and conditions:

• You are solely responsible for all content and information contained in the work, and the consequences of submitting it.

• You retain ownership of your writing.

• You verify artwork is original artwork by submitting to VASH.

• By submitting your content, you expressly grant VASH the right to use, edit, and distribute it in any manner and in all media. In addition, you grant VASH the right to use excerpts from your writing for marketing and promotional purposes of the VASH pages.

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You are the sole owner of all content within your work.

• By submitting your work, you waive any privacy expectations you may have with regards to your submission. Do not include any private or personally identifiable information in your piece that you do not want shared publicly.

• You understand that VASH will select submissions at their sole discretion and are under no obligation to publish it.

• You agree to indemnify and hold VASH harmless from and against any third-party claims alleging that your submission violates their rights.

• You grant permission for VASH to comment on your work in a featured post, blog, or publication.

• You grant VASH the permission to use your legal name when sharing your work, unless otherwise stated.

• You grant VASH the permission to tag you in social media posts.

• You agree not to upload or release your submitted work on other platforms besides VASH, unless otherwise stated and agreed upon.

• You understand and agree that this is not a paid submission and you will not expect any form of payment for this work, unless otherwise written in a contract from the Editor-In-Chief via email vashzine@gmail.com.

• By providing your email, you agree to marketing emails.

• VASH will never disclose or sell your personal information to outside parties.

• By providing your mailing address, you grant mailing permission from VASH.
